The Highest Town in the World

I got interested in what the highest town in the world is, and I read an article on the topic. I learned about two cities which can be called the highest town in the world. I will tell you something about them so that you can decide which city is higher.
According to The Guinness Book of World Records, the city with the world's highest elevation is the Chinese town of Wenzhuan. The city's altitude is amazing. Wenzhuan is in a place that is more than 5,000 meters above sea level.
However, there is a Peruvian town which overtakes Wenzhuan by about two meters. It is recognized by some authorities, and its name is La Rinconada. The picture in the post shows the city, which is near a gold mine, as well as what living in it is like.
